You would be surprised that that number is incredibly low. We are definitely hard-core deep in a sellers real estate market. Which is good for our real estate sellers here in the Santa Clarita Valley.
These numbers are also reflective of the rest of the cities with in Southern California.

And with that registration, you’re going to get some benefits. But don’t just register anywhere. There are very few systems out there that are actually tied directly to the real multiple listing service. That is the MLS that is operated via the local boards of realtors.
